1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Voyage Vault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Financial Disclaimer Voyage Vault is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not a financial advisory service, bank, or investment firm. Information provided by the app is for organizational purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions, losses, or currency exchange discrepancies that occur as a result of using the app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing Voyage Vault is a subscription-based service billed through the Apple App Store.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings.

4. Data and Privacy Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple iCloud. We do not have access to your private financial entries. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Standard EULA Voyage Vault follows the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Limitation of Liability Voyage Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.12.
